2020 was a crazy year (so far, I mean you never know what’s changing next...) and once again we’ve realized, how much of an important role «purpose» plays in the lives of Gen Z. Despite being a fast-paced, multi-channel and always-on generation, the youngsters of today are everything else than superficial and selfish. Thanks to social media we’ve seen an immense push in important factors like climate change, equality, sustainability, brand-ethics or diversity. At work this generation is to be expected to reshape how we think about daily work routines, moral standards as well as the type of communication in leadership and teamwork. Ready? Let’s go!
